UPDATE: Steven has been found safe and well, Lancashire Police have confirmed.

Police are concerned for the welfare of a missing man with links to Greater Manchester who is thought to be driving his van. Stephen Rees, from Lancashire, is missing from his home.

The 47-year-old was reported missing after being last seen in Blackpool at 6pm on Saturday (April 20). He is thought to be travelling in his yellow Ford transit van with the registration LG69RLO.

Stephen has links to Blackpool, Rochdale and Southport areas. He is described as a white male, around 5ft 4ins tall, of a slim build, with green eyes , dark hair with side burns and facial hair.

Anyone with information is being urged to contact Lancashire Constabulary, with members of the public told to call 999 immediately if they see him.

"We’re really concerned about his welfare and so we’re asking for your help to bring him home," a spokesperson for Lancashire Police said.

"Immediate sightings please call 999 quoting incident LC-20250420-1462. Any historic sightings please call 101 or email 8431@lancashire.police.uk."
