Celebrity Big Brother fans stunned as Jack P Shepherd wins in 'legendary moment'
The Corrie actor followed in previous winner David Potts' footsteps
Celebrity Big Brother fans were left stunned as Jack P Shepherd overcame Danny Beard to be crowned the winner of the ITV reality show.
Heading into the final on Friday night (April 25), viewers couldn’t decide if the Coronation Street star or drag queen would win the public vote.
Fans were on the edge of their seats as presenters AJ Odudu and Will Best slowly announced the series’ official placements.
Finishing in sixth place was Love Island’s Chris Hughes, followed by singer Chensey Hawkes, comedian Donna Preston and pop star JoJo Siwa.
The last two left in the house were Jack and Danny, who had a nervy wait to see who was the 2025 Celebrity Big Brother victor.
Following JoJo’s eviction, Danny told Jack that he was ‘going to win’, as both appeared stunned to be the final two.
In the end Danny's prediction was correct as Jack followed in David Potts’ footsteps to pull off the shock victory, just days after surviving the dreaded triple-eviction.
Fans rushed to X, previously known as Twitter, to have their say on Jack winning the series over the frontrunner Danny.
@mariahscracker said: “Jack drinking tea all season and wins the whole thing. Legendary. #CBBUK #CBB #CelebrityBigBrother.” @JackProverbsPR added: “All the Corrie super fans making sure Jack wins #CBBUK.”

During his time in the house, David Platt actor Jack won viewers' hearts with his love of tea and hilarious sense of humour.
It remains to be seen when Jack returns to Corrie, but it looks like viewers want to see more of the actor on reality shows moving forward.
