Firefighters spent hours working at the scene
Fire crews descended on a Salford street after a blaze broke out at a care home.
Five fire engines attended Franklin Street, in Eccles, after a fire broke out at around 11pm on Monday night (April 21).
Greater Manchester Fire and Rescue Service (GMFRS) says one person was treated at the scene by paramedics.
Images from the scene appear to show firefighters focusing on a fire in the upper floor of a building on Franklin Street.
Crews were seen using a ladder while tackling the fire, while smoke damage could be seen surrounding a broken window.
The building's roof also appeared to be damaged following the blaze.
