For fans of Peter Rabbit, the Lake District has always been a go-to destination as it's home to the World of Beatrix Potter.

But now there's even more reason to take a trip to Bowness-on-Windermere as it welcomes a brand new Peter Rabbit themed café.

‌

'A perfectly themed, memorable and completely unique' Peter Rabbit dining experience is promised, 'with a good dose of mischief and a treasure trove of adorable treats on the menu from your favourite characters'.

It includes the likes of a Peter Rabbit Pizza, Mr McGregor’s finest Bacon & Egg sandwich, a Beatrix Potter High Tea, and a Pigling Bland’s Pancake Stack.

The café is open daily from 10.30am to 4pm and is across the road from the main World of Beatrix Potter Attraction, which brings to life Beatrix Potter’s enchanting stories in a magical recreation of the beautiful Lake District countryside.

The exhibition features favourite characters from the famous books and an award-winning outdoor Peter Rabbit Garden and is hosting a number of events this Easter. You can find out more about the attraction on the website here.
